At Achieving the Dream since July 2022, Lisa leads the Data Partnership work at ATD as well as serving as a Data Coach. In this role, she works to help colleges build a data-informed culture and foster the use of data to advance student success. Prior to ATD, Lisa worked as Senior Specialist of Data Partnerships for the National Student Clearinghouse – providing direct support to third party partners and colleges in their work related to the adoption of the Postsecondary Data Partnership through beginning use of the dashboards. Lisa worked for over 30 years in higher education, most recently as vice president of academic & student affairs at a community and technical college. Her experience also includes roles as full-time faculty member, dean, curriculum developer, and institutional effectiveness manager. Lisa was selected as an Aspen Presidential Fellow for Community College Excellence for 2018/2019 and is a past president of the National Council of Instructional Administrators. She holds a Ph.D. in Education from Capella University, an M.S. in Health Services Administration from Cardinal Stritch College, a B.S. in Health Record Administration from Emory University, and a B.A. in Psychology from Ripon College.
