Nick LaBella is a Data Scientist at Harford Community College, where he has served for the past two years as a key member of the Institutional Research and Effectiveness team. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from James Madison University and a Master’s degree in Applied & Industrial Mathematics from Towson University.
At HCC, Nick applies his expertise in data analysis and statistical modeling to support evidence-based decision-making across the institution. His work plays a vital role in shaping strategies that enhance student success and operational efficiency. He is particularly focused on analyzing enrollment trends, student retention, and academic performance data to uncover patterns and inform policy and curriculum development.
