Jaden Mikoulinskii is a doctoral student at the University of Georgia’s Louise McBee Institute of Higher Education and a Graduate Research Assistant with the University System of Georgia’s Division of Research and Policy Analysis. Her research explores the intersection of institutional economics and policy, focusing on the impact of public policy on first-generation students' college choices, institutional finance, operational viability, and governmental appropriations.
Jaden earned an M.A. in Higher Education Policy from the University of Maryland-College Park and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She is a proud alumna of the McNair Scholars Program, TRIO Student Support Services, and the Big Ten Academic Alliance SROP. She has held research and policy roles with the Institute for Higher Education Policy, the Maryland Higher Education Commission, the White House Office of Management and Budget, the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Postsecondary Education, The Century Foundation, The Brookings Institution, and the Kamala Harris for President campaign.
