Session Abstract: Institutional ranking updates often trigger significant internal dialogue. This can be particularly relevant for institutional research professionals who are responsible for reporting the survey data that contribute to the rankings and are also called upon to explain the outcomes. This discussion group will explore strategies for effectively managing campus conversations when rankings are released, including how to address questions from leadership, faculty, and other stakeholders. Participants are encouraged to share their own experiences and approaches in navigating the challenges and opportunities rankings present.
