Session Abstract: In October, the University of Missouri System Institutional Research and Effectiveness office engaged our four constituent campuses in our first effort to improve and streamline UM four-campus System Admissions and Enrollment reporting. After conducting a business process map, we scoped out a project to develop a PowerBI App to replace the existing processes. In this presentation, we will provide an overview of the BPM process and results; discuss the existing data architecture and improvements we developed; demo the app; and explain how we used PowerApps to improve and facilitate communication between campus Enrollment Managers and System leaders. We will outline how our communication and rollout plan contributed to adoption and success. We will outline the benefits including the elimination of manual processes; creation of supporting reports and a communication tool for campus Enrollment Managers; and availability of on-demand closer to real-time data.
