Session Abstract: In the rapidly evolving landscape of higher education, institutions face increasing pressure to enhance decision-making processes through data-driven insights. This session explores the journey to overcome the challenges in the effective implementation and utilization of a real-time, dynamic institutional enrollment and retention dashboard. In it, we will discuss the usefulness of real-time data synchronization to power dashboards; investing in the necessary infrastructure; ensuring data quality and integrity; and training administrators, faculty, and other stakeholders to use a data dashboard as a vital tool in making informed strategic decisions.
