Session Abstract: The lack of formal processes or policies regarding institutional surveys often leads to a myriad of issues such as confusion, scheduling conflicts, and delays in approval decisions as well as in conducting the survey itself. Even when formal processes and policies do exist, they are too frequently not easily accessible or clearly communicated. This presentation will detail Augusta University’s Institutional Survey Schedule Policy, the submission/approval process, and publishing the survey schedule/calendar as a Tableau dashboard (viewable to the public).
