Session Abstract: This poster presentation explores the integration of AI learning companions in Business Ethics courses to address the need for real-time feedback, differentiated learning experiences, and personalized ethical decision-making. Drawing on findings from institutional research, it demonstrates how AI enhances course design by providing immediate analysis of students' decision-making data and supporting personalized learning experiences. This data-driven approach aligns with AACSB accreditation standards, ensuring continuous improvement in teaching effectiveness. Attendees will gain insights into (1) how AI supports data-driven decision-making and AACSB accreditation processes; (2) the role of AI in meeting students' needs for personalized and adaptive learning; and (3) practical strategies for implementing AI in institutional research and course design.
