Victoria Cabal serves as Executive Vice President of Strategy & Operations at Rankin Climate, where she leads collaborative partnerships with colleges and universities to support inclusive, data-driven campus transformation. Her work focuses on guiding institutional teams through the full campus climate assessment process—from strategic planning and stakeholder engagement to communicating findings and facilitating action planning.
Victoria works closely with campus leadership and working groups to align climate efforts with institutional priorities, fostering environments that promote engagement, well-being, and thriving communities. As a member of Rankin Climate’s qualitative research team, she also designs and conducts focus groups, town halls, and interviews, providing institutions with clear, actionable insights grounded in community experience.
With experience in strategic planning and student-centered programming, Victoria brings a practical, equity-minded approach to building capacity for sustainable change. She holds a Doctorate of Education from the University of Utah, and an M.Ed. in School Counseling and B.A. in Communication from Loyola University Chicago.
