Dr. Lin earned a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from Indiana University Bloomington, with a major in Higher Education and a minor in International and Comparative Education. Her research focuses on higher education policy, institutional research, student learning experiences and outcomes, as well as quantitative design. She has previously served as the Secretary-General of the Taiwan Association for Institutional Research (TAIR) and held academic and administrative roles at Asia University and Indiana University. She is currently an Assistant Professor at the Center for Teacher Education, National Sun Yat-sen University, and also assists in institutional research affairs at the university’s Office of Institutional Research.
