Wenjun Chi currently serves as the Director of Institutional Research at Delaware County Community College (DCCC), where she oversees critical tasks including external reporting, institutional data management, and analytics implementation. With over 18 years of experience in institutional research and program review, Wenjun has led data-driven initiatives that improve educational effectiveness and decision-making. At DCCC, she manages the deployment of the ZogoTech analytics tool, which supports enhanced data access and decision-making across the institution. Wenjun is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Educational Leadership at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), further strengthening her expertise in leadership and institutional effectiveness.
Wenjun has presented at several prominent conferences, including the Drexel Annual Conference on Teaching and Learning Assessment, where she discussed transforming assessment processes to improve institutional planning and resource allocation. In addition, she co-presented at the Middle States Commission on Higher Education’s Annual Conference, sharing strategies on linking academic assessment to institutional budgeting processes. Her extensive experience in using analytics tools has helped institutions develop actionable insights for online learning challenges.
In her consulting role at IERConsulting.com, Wenjun provides strategic expertise to colleges and universities in areas such as institutional effectiveness, data analytics, and evidence-based decision making. She has also led faculty and staff training on data tools and reporting, contributing to improved student success initiatives and more responsive academic planning—making her uniquely qualified to present on empowering stakeholders in data-driven decision-making.
