Craig W. Abbey is the Vice Provost for Institutional Analysis and Planning at the University at Buffalo. In this role, he oversees the Office of Institutional Analysis, which provides data-driven insights and strategic planning support to the university. Additionally, Craig is the Acreditation Liason Officer for UB and serves on the universities budget committe.
Prior to joining UB, he worked as Chief Data Officer and Assistant Vice Chancellor at the SUNY System Administration, as a fellow at the Rockefeller Institute of Government, staff economist for the New York State Assembly Committte on Ways and Means and as an analyst for the Congressional Rsearch Service.
