Data and Reporting Analyst
Northwestern Health Sciences University
Leesburg, Florida, United States
Angel Radick is the Data and Reporting Analyst in the Assessment and Institutional Effectiveness department at Northwestern Health Sciences University. She brings a deep commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for using data to enhance student success and institutional decision-making. In this role, Angel expands the university’s capacity for meaningful analysis and high-impact, timely reporting.
She holds an MBA with a concentration in Business Analytics from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, where she built a strong foundation in research, data analysis, and strategic reporting. Angel has extensive experience in institutional effectiveness, having previously led data-informed initiatives at another higher education institution, often in the absence of a centralized dashboard. That experience sharpened her understanding of the inefficiencies and risks posed by fragmented data systems. In her current role, she played a key role in implementing real-time dashboards that provide actionable insights on critical metrics such as enrollment and retention.
With this dual perspective of working both without and with robust data tools, Angel offers a well-rounded understanding of the challenges and opportunities in institutional data strategy. Known for her analytical mindset and thoughtful problem-solving, she excels at identifying key insights, asking the right questions, and translating data into narratives that drive improvement.
