Junyan (Emma) Zhu brings a wealth of experience in institutional effectiveness, higher education administration, and international education to this session. As the Graduate Apprentice for Baylor University's Office of Institutional Effectiveness, she plays a key supporting role in leveraging data to support institutional decision-making. Her prior experience as a Graduate Assistant at Geneva College’s Center for Student Engagement and Center for Enriched Learning further honed her skills in student success initiatives.
Before her U.S. roles, Ms. Zhu served as an IB English teacher in China and worked as an assistant director for Australian Education Management Group, where she gained extensive experience in evaluation and accreditation of international education programs. Currently a Ph.D. student in Higher Education Studies and Leadership at Baylor University, Ms. Zhu combines her passion for data analysis with a deep understanding of cross-cultural education and institutional improvement, making her well- equipped to guide attendees in effective data-driven storytelling.
