For the last five years, Monte-Angel Richardson has been employed as senior institutional researcher for the University of New Mexico (UNM) under the external vice provost of academic affairs. In this position, she leads and supervises efforts to meet the research needs of multiple university stakeholders and campuses in the reporting and understanding of longitudinal institutional data to fulfill federal, state, and internal data requests. Her time in this role has granted her thorough experience supervising research and analyzing data for the university while creating presentations and publications shared with stakeholders at the federal, state, and local levels. She has progressed in her role over the years, becoming a senior institutional researcher at the UNM Gallup campus and taking on supervision tasks.
