An award-winning higher education faculty member, researcher, and Commonwealth alumnus, pursuing a Ph.D. in Higher Education at Indiana University-Bloomington, USA. Served as a faculty member at global institutions, taught local, international, and transnational curricula to undergraduate and graduate students, and held leadership roles, including Project Associate at National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) Center for Postsecondary Research (CPR), President of the Graduate Student Association (GSA) at the School of Education at Indiana University-Bloomington, Rearch Panel Member Slido (Europe) and Advisor member of the Commonwealth Alumni Adivisory Board (UK). He serves as a Graduate Research Assistant at CPR, a Peer Reviewer for Common Ground Research Networks, and a CSC Alumni Advisory Panel member. Research areas include faculty development, tenure, academic freedom, universities as complex organizations, pedagogy, professional development, and role of AI in academic writing and higher education transitions.
