Heather Rondeau has worked in higher education for 10+ years in various roles. She currently serves as the Director of Research and Institutional Effectiveness at Alexandria Technical and Community College (ATCC). In this role, Heather provides leadership for institutional research, effectiveness, accreditation, assessment, and public accountability. Heather serves administrators, faculty, and staff by providing data for decision-making, grant applications, media releases, enrollment reporting, and strategic initiatives. She is the college's point of contract for data and survey requests and has overarching responsibility for the collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of data. Prior to this role, Heather served as the Transfer Specialist & Director of Testing Center for ATCC and the Admissions Transfer Coordinator for the University of Minnesota Duluth.
Heather is currently a member of the Association of Institutional Research (AIR); a former President for the Association of Institutional Research Upper Midwest (AIRUM); a team lead for the HLC Assessment Academy; a member of the Minnesota State Academic and Student Affairs Policy Council; and an Academic Peer Reviewer for the Minnesota State System.
Heather has a Master of Education from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from the University of Minnesota Morris. In her free time, Heather likes to spend time with her family, travel, go hiking, go stand up paddle boarding, and sing karaoke.
