Kristin Buscher is the Director of Analytics and Institutional Research at Creighton University, where she leads university-wide efforts in data governance, institutional research, and strategic analytics. With over 15 years of experience in higher education, Kristin has a demonstrated track record of driving data-informed decision-making, enhancing institutional effectiveness, and building cross-campus collaborations. She has led major initiatives including the development of a comprehensive data governance framework, faculty compensation analyses, and the transition to interactive dashboard reporting.
Kristin holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and has earned multiple professional certificates in data analytics and leadership from AIR and NASPA. She is a frequent presenter at national conferences and has published on topics including faculty engagement in assessment and student success analytics.
