Jennifer Wu is the Chief Engineering Analytics Officer at Penn State College of Engineering. She brings nearly 30 years of experience in higher education, spanning student engagement, academic advising, and institutional research. She currently leads the Office of Assessment and Metrics in the College of Engineering at The Pennsylvania State University, where she drives the development and exploration of applied research questions critical to student success and institutional effectiveness in engineering education.
Dr. Wu’s office partners with stakeholders across all levels of the college to deliver data-driven insights that inform daily operations and advance strategic priorities. In addition to her college-level leadership, she collaborates with the university’s central institutional research office, serving as a key consultant on data analytics for academic deans across Penn State.
Demonstrating her commitment to professional development in the field, Dr. Wu recently launched a Leadership Readiness Program through an AIR-affiliated organization, designed to support the career growth of emerging institutional research professionals.
