Jeremy Cohen is a Research Associate at the National Student Clearinghouse Research Center. He joined the Clearinghouse in August 2022 and has led projects on enrollment trends, key success metrics, such as Persistence and Retention, and Some College, No Credential students. He has also led efforts to include additional indicators of students' socioeconomic status in Research Center reporting. He has presented on these topics before a wide variety of audiences, including enrollment management professionals, higher education strategists, campus administrators, and academic researchers. Prior to the Clearinghouse, he conducted independent research on the role of family responsibilities and how students pay for college (two key factors in many stopout decisions) in shaping student success.
