Ehab Elmorsy, Ph.D., is a scholar in Higher Education Administration, having earned his doctorate from Bowling Green State University (BGSU). He holds a Master of School Administration from Fayetteville State University (FSU) and a Bachelor of Arts in Education with a focus on English from Ain Shams University, Egypt.
Dr. Elmorsy's research interests encompass leadership ethics, data-driven decision-making, student success and equity in higher education, and culturally responsive leadership practices.
At BGSU, he served as a Graduate Research Assistant in the Department of Assessment & Accreditation, contributing to institutional effectiveness and data reporting initiatives. His instructional experience includes teaching Freshman Seminar at FSU, aimed at enhancing college readiness among early college students, as well as serving as a Fulbright Scholar, where he taught Arabic language and culture at FSU.
Dr. Elmorsy has presented his research at prominent conferences, including the OCTEO Conference and the MWERA Conference. His scholarly contributions have been recognized through various awards and fellowships, such as the Rentz HIED Scholarship and the Fayetta M. Paulsen Award.
