Session Abstract: This session explores integrating and organizing multiple data sources and applying advanced analytics to model student behavior and performance, with the goal of enhancing decision-making within Student Affairs and promoting student success. We will examine challenges in data organization, consolidation, and management, focusing on how institutions can turn fragmented student engagement data into actionable insights. This includes data from student organizations, recreation and wellness programs, tutoring, and academic advising. Practical applications include predicting student achievement and evaluating which programs and services most impact students’ sense of belonging and overall success. Attendees will gain insights into how to leverage multiple data sources to foster evidence-based decision-making, improve student outcomes, and optimize resource allocation to enhance institutional effectiveness and support student success.
