Session Abstract: IR offices are often tasked with displaying and sharing data effectively. The IR offices at sister schools of nursing were able to utilize data dashboards built using Power BI and other software to more effectively share data within and outside of the institutions. Census data, including ethnicity/race, gender, program, department, and total credits, as well as admissions data including previous institution, number of applications, city of applicants, and ethnicity/race of applicants, have helped leadership, faculty, staff, and stakeholders have a better understanding of the colleges of nursing respectively. In less than one year, leadership has consistently drawn on the data displays to show and talk about census and admissions data for the institution. This standardization has helped the institutions share statistics consistently.
