Session Abstract: This session explores how the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) is advancing its data strategy by aligning KPIs with a program health review cadence. Through collaboration between academic leadership and supporting departments, UMGC creates a holistic view of program assessment, focusing on four critical domains: academic content, academic outcomes, business viability, and marketability. By leveraging data maturity principles, UMGC developed a framework that sets attainable five-year KPI targets and sustains ongoing reviews.
